Principal Message

WELCOME TO FOSKETT RANCH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!

We opened our doors in August 2005 and serve around 400 students from Transitional Kindergarten to Fifth grade. Staff at Foskett Ranch strongly believe in working together to help every student meet their academic, social/emotional and personal goals, and visitors comment on the positive, collaborative energy existing on campus.  Foskett Ranch truly is a great place to learn due to the collaborative commitment of students, staff, parents and the community.

I joined the Foskett Ranch team in August 2020 as the Principal. I have been in education for 21 years, all spent in the Rio Linda/Twin Rivers district. During this time I spent 8 years in the classroom and taught 3rd, 4/5 combo, 5th, and 7th and 8th grade AVID. I was also an instructional coach, Vice Principal, and served 4 years as Principal.

On a more personal note, I live in Roseville with my two daughters, husband and stepson. We also have a German Shepard and Shepard mix puppy. Both of my daughters play multiple sports so I don't have a whole lot of spare time, but when I do you can find me listening to or watching true crime documentaries or on my mountain bike (a hobby I took up during quarantine).

We are about to embark on a very interesting adventure together. There will be some trial and error as well as uncertainty. Please know at the end of the day we all want the same thing; for our Foskett Ranch Falcons to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
